NO ACCOUNTABLITY

On the 25th October i bought a Miss Molly Lift Top Dustbin 50 Litre that was supposed to come with a Lift Top Dustbin 12 Litre for Free - which was R99.00 - they did not have the 12Litre - so they charged me R119.99 and told me to come in the following weekto get the 12Litre and then i would get a refund I have a note on my till slip from Noks that says - 25/10/2013 - Miss Molly Dustbin 50Ltr 12LT Freebee for R99.99 - outstanding 12 Ltr freebee - I got hold of Noks this morning who told me she know nothing about it and she very much doubts that she would have written this note - so in other words do not disturb me you are wasting my time.

so no more Pick and Pay for more me if this is the attitude - there are many other supermarkets that provide the same as Pick and Pay and who treat their clients with more respect
