I received a sms thanking me for my purchase at a Mr Price Branch in KemptonPark. Immediately after that I received another sms thanking me again for my purchase at another Mr Price Branch again in KemptonPark. I contacted Mr Price call centre immediately and they transfered me to Yvette Neethling. I explained what happened and immediately she confirmed that it was purchases and requested me to send documents through as support to me not doing the purchases. It was not even 24 hours later I received a phone call from Yvette telling me that the account has been corrected and that they have verification that it was a cloned card that was used. I want to compliment Yvette Neethling on her going the extra mile in assisting me with my problem and her prompt service in cancelling my account so that further purchases could not be done until it was sorted out. Thank you Yvette. I really appreciate your help and friendliness.
