People buying on my account

I haven't used my Mr Price card in months and was all most finished paying it off when I got a message on Tuesday saying there was a purchase made at Mr Price Springs. I called to fined out because it had to be a mistake, I was at work in Bedfordview. They said yes there was two purchases made one 10:30 for R713.88 and again 13:44 for R177.96, all they kept on saying is sorry you're card was clowned and I asked how that could be possible if I haven't used my card in months! All they said was this is happening to a lot of their clients at the moment! I have faxed through my stuff to the department of Mr Price to be sorted out. When it is sorted out I am closing my account!!!
