I went to Dion Wired in Centurion on Monday 5 November to buy a Samsung Bluetooth speaker which was advertised on their website. They only had a display unit available but since this was a birthday present, I wanted a new one. A salesman named Dylan took my number and assured me that he will ge one from the Woodmead branch within the week. He phoned me back during that week but the item has still not been sent from Woodmead. I reminded him that it was a birthday present and I told him that I must have at the latest by Thursday 14 November. On the morning of 14 November I phone him and he promised to get back to me. Ten minutes later I received an SMS stating that he did not receive the unit but that it is on sale for 50% off at Woodmead. I took time off from work, spent two hours in traffic and when I got to Woodmead the item was available bot at the normal price. I find it pathetic that they can't do an inter branch transfer in 1.5 weeks and that they make it my problem at the very last minute. Also the about the 50 off was not appreciated.
