On the 31st of October I bought I tems worth R 32000, and assisted by Kenneth the sales person he promised to deliver 7 Items out of 8 the following day, however it did not happen due to warehouse ill management. I then telephoned the store and spoke to Martin the Manager who assisted me to get my Items on 2 of November however, they were short delivered only 3 Items were short, I called the store again and assisted by Julian the sales manager who ensured that the whole delivery will be complete by the 4th, however i have received shocking news of them all Smag extractor I bought was out of stock from the supplier, will only be available mid December. Julian calmed me down and offered to give me a display at a 50% discount, I opted for it owing to the fact that it needed to be fitted during the week. Well done to the Dion wired team at Woodmead for for service of excellence.
