MRS A SWART PURCHASE CHAIRS FROM FURNITURE CITY

During November 2012 I bought 4 chairs from Furniture City during March 2013 the one chair ZETA OCC CHAIR started to tear at the backrast the seams became loose and the stuffing started to come out
I went to Furniture Cite at Carnival Mall where the situation was reported they promise to forward the complain to the warehouse the warefouse phone and inform me that as soon as they received stock the chair will be replace since then several complaints were lodge to Furniture City as well as the warehouse where in every instance they promise to come back in two weeks time several referense no was givin like 1875206 and 177871 therenwas more but not all written down the chair is of no use because I am schare it will deteriorate more the last contact was with the warehouse about six weeks ago they promise then to come back in two weeks time up to now nothing happend I am Mrs A Swart and stay in a ritirement village in Brakpan I make use of my frends e-mail address the chairs was purhase cash can you please help to solve this matter as I do not know what to do anymore
