Game not responding about prizes won 8 months ago!

Game had a Fifa 13 tournament when the game was released last year Septembe 2012. I won the tournament at Canal Walk Game and the 1st prize was a PSP and Fifa 13 bundle worth R1599 and a Fifa 13 game on the console. See attached link. The next day my friend won the same competition held with the same prize at Mitchells Plain Game.

They told us they didn't have stock and we will receive our prizes within a week. I have tweeted them as well as the guy who ran the tournaments for them and we still have not received our prizes. It is getting to the 9th month now and I am getting fed up not receiving any feedback regarding our prizes. Fifa 14 is coming out in 3 months so the prizes we won has lost more than 50% easily over the 9 months.

They replied via their twitter account that management is looking into it but still no response. It is really ridiculous and dont know what to do anymore. Can someone please help me and my friend and guide us into a direction? And no, another rep telling me that management is "looking" into it will not make the cut.
