Nightmare dealing with this company

This has to be the most unhelpful, frustrating company to deal with. They simply do not care. They take ridiculously long to reply to messages and are incredibly lazy. Even when I order a fast shipping item, I still have to wait a month and a half because they simply do not care. Never again will I order from this company, it's just not worth it.
Apart from this bad experience I have unfortunately ordered from them before and it was a nightmare as well, and they never shipped my polarized lenses which I paid an extra R400 for, they did return R50 of my money though, the R350 they kept for themselves.
When I asked them about if there are customs duty, they said there is a possibility and in such case I must pay the customs. Why don't you write this on the website. Instead of letting people have a possible nasty surprize.
