I bought 5 hats at this shop, about 2 months ago. I paid R700 each. I paid with my bank card and only receiced the bank slip as my receipt. The manager told me that the bankslip is my receipt. The trimming on two of the hats came loose because it was only glued on the hats. And the hats look terrible. I went to the shop to return the hats and the manager, Carol told me in a very arrogant manner that I cannot return the hats for a refund and they will fix it. Now tell me, all the trimmings were glued to the hat and how do you glue it together again without seeing all the old glue left on the hat? We insisted to speak to the owner of the shop abd she refused initially. After we presurised her she called the owner. She took us apart with the owner and in front of other customers in the shop. We eventually managed to speak to the owner and explained the matter in detail to him. He also refused to refund us for the hats and undertake to repair the hats. These hats are supposed to be decent church hats and cannot be repaired and we wont except any repairs to these hats. He put the phone down in my ear and the manager refused to give us their names and contact numbers. Please help.
