I just stood in a queue at CNA the glen for 15 minutes. The person behind the till asked me if i was paying cash or card, i said cash and he said sorry, he does not have change for me and then looked at me waiting for a response. I asked him ' I am paying with cash and you cant take it because you don't have change? ' He said yes and said i can perhaps try one of the other tills.
I had no intention of standing in the queue all over again probably to be told by the other till that they don't have change for my perfectly good cash. He made no attempt to offer me a solution and gladly watched me walk out the store without my goods.
