Excellent Staff

I would like to commend Walton & Pulang for the excellent service that they provided. Walton assisted me with a gift for my husband and he went out of his way to help me, he was friendly and very efficient. Everytime i enter the store, he recognises me and goes out of his way to greet me and welcome me to the store... Great attitude...
Puleng (beauty deparment) assisted me with gifts for my staff of 53 ladies. She went out of her way to go to your store room and get me more perfumes when it was out of stock on the shelves...
Some of your other staff need to take a lesson or two from these two great staff members. I was very unhappy with the attitude of some of your staff members especially at the beauty section... i had to go up to them and ask for assistance whilst they were standing around and chatting... and the attitudes of others are as if though they are doing me a favour...
Walton and Pulang you really made a difference and changed my view and opinion of Edgars eastgate... You are truly an asset to your organisation and I hope that you will receive the relevant recognition from superiors.
