Inconsistent feedback / no real help

Yesterday I get informed that my smart device would ship in the next 3 working days. Today when I phone, to track my order, I get informed that my device will ship in 3 working days from TOMORROW. Where is the consistency? Why am i getting contradictory information?

I work in distribution and honestly, this is ridiculous. How does it take you 3 days to ship a device locally?
I would rather collect my device myself, because it's clear that logistics is not something this company should be doing
