3 MONTHS WITHOUT A PHONE!!!

On the 23rd September, nearly 3 months ago, we booked my brother's cell phone in for repairs (insurance claim). Since then we've been calling & inquiring the status of the repair. Today we finally get confirmation that the cell phone is still laying at the store & will only be sent away to the Service Provider today!!! 3 MONTHS LATER!

This is totally unacceptable & I am tired of dealing with Edgars's incompetence, I've lodged numerous complaints & all have been treated as a joke. Earlier this year I made a claim only to find out my phone was never insured in the first place after I completed the paper work at CNA Canal Walk, Edgars didn't even call me to inform me!!! As is the case in this instance as well, no call no follow up after the phone was laying at the store for months!

You obviously have no interest in satisfying your customers, no interest in providing any form of customer service & no interest in resolving disputes, & this for customers that has been supporting the company for years!

I will be closing my account, I've already moved my insurance to a better competitor - this was the last straw. I hope this report will open the eyes of many shoppers. PATHETIC!
