Late/no delivery and bad customer service

On the 1st November i went to Southgate and ordered an unbelted mid wash jegging, size 36. I asked for the one they charge R40.00, which is suppose to take 4 working days, to date im still waiting for the delivery, and today is the 13th November 2013. No one bothered to call me to tell why there is a delay until i called Southgate and your head office today, and guess what i was told they going to investigate what happened and they will call me. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I didnt want to complain but this is the second time im gettig bad bad customer service, and with the same branch. Prior to this incident, one of your staff who assisted me, Sinazo, she must learn to smile, ad understand that she deals with customers. She helped with a top, only to find that there was stain on the top. I brought it back the next day, i was asked who helped me and she looked at me with an attitude as if i went and created the stain, i suppose by calling in the morning before returning the item saved me, because all three people who were attending to my query they gave me attitude and they forget we pay their salaries, without us they wont have a job, train your staff properly please
