Last week Tuesday I checked on the TS website and saw some stuff I liked. I then enquired in store about the products. I wanted a track pants, hoodie top and a pair of trainers. I went to the Zevenwacht Mall branch where the service was very poor I ended up walking out the store because the assistants weren't very helpful. I called their HQ and asked for assistance in finding the goods I saw on their website. They gave me another number I should contact. I called the number and I received an email address to forward my request to the ladys name was Petronella. I took a screenshot of the goods and sent it trough to her. On Thursday I sent her an email for some feedback she then replied to my email Friday and said they still busy, I then emailed her on Monday, requesting a feedback on which she replied that their Website is outdated and that the goods are old and that I would find it. This does not help me because I have seen the goods in store and they just did not have my size. Either they not are doing their JOB or they just trying to get rid of me. This is the 2nd time I receive such service from the TFG group. EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!
