Sale at till? PnP stays quiet

Shops, Products, Services

On 7th November, I did my usual shopping at canal walk. Just after 3.45 pm, it was my turn to ring my groceries at the till. Till number 6, but slip says isle 24. The teller wrung my groceries, and I knew it could not exceed R500. I asked her why it was so much, and started putting some back, to bring down the total to atleast R400, which was all I had in cash. She kept saying I had 20 items in my 2 pkts, me checking and saying there was only 19, where was the 20th item. The supervisor checked also.. then I noticed "Vodago R110" on the till, and queried this. She kept avoiding me. No one could tell me what it was, so I called the supervisor back, and asked her. I was told its vodacom airtime. I demanded it taken off. I Never once asked for airtime. I went to the managers office, and they were busy, but after telling the manager the problem, he assured me he would look into it. Since then, hes avoiding me in the store (Ive been back twice, even standing a foot away from him). I would like to know if this complaint was ever lodged, and why Im not hearing from head office? How many other customers were this way, without knowing it? PnP owes me an explanation, not fables.
