Wetherlys
Please keep your word!!

I submitted a report on 3 October on all of the spam sms's I receive from Wetherlys, despite sms'ing "STOP" to all of their ads. I received a reply from Lara Milton apologising for the inconvenience, and promising to remove my details from their marketing database "soonest". I'm not sure what "soonest" means to you, but I am still getting spam sms's from Wetherlys. Please fix this immediately. To me, this means TODAY. I travel out of the country frequently, and am tired of picking up the international tab for your adverts, as well as the additional costs to sms STOP on numerous occasions to a system that clearly doesnt work. The only way to avoid this, in my opinion, is to not shop at Wetherlys so they dont have your details!
PS - people use a pseudonym on these sites on purpose. I don't appreciate the use of my name in your previous response.
