Another award for the worst product!

After 4 month and 3 hello Peter complaints, I finally had my so called "guest bed" replaced, and a few months down the line my new "king koil" turn free bed is also deteriorated and uncomfortable, upon speaking to mark I was informed that they replaced my "guest only bed" with another one!.apart from never being advised of the bad quality of both beds, why would a well known shop stock a product that they know doesn't last even a few months? one would think that regardless of the what you paid for it, furniture city would have faith in their product to last at least 2 years hassle free.why on earth would I spend R3000.00 on a bed (guest room or not) just to replace it in that very year? but they are more than willing to replace my bed granted I pay in a few grand. I have had TWO of their beds in one year, who in their right mind will then pay a company even more when its shined through what kind of they sell? I spent over R50.000 in their shop... happy to take my money with a smile on their faces since they saw a fool a mile away.fool me once..shame on you. Ellerines co. has mananged to dissapoint again!
