I am not an account holder of Fashion Express, And thank goodness . on Thursday fort he 1st time in my life I purchased 3 iterms and paid via visa card. On Sunday I returned the iterms because the shirt was small on one hand and very big on the other (factory fault) NonetheIess i didnt expect quality anyway from that shop. On returning the items i was told by a very rude manager that she will swipe my card so that money can be paid back to my account. I told her she must just give me cash because i used my visa card not credit card. She told me the money R419.00 will clear the same time or by 12 midnight. 3 DAYS LATER IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY.Keith your dont care attitude you gave me!!

Fisrt time in this shop and i will never -ever be seen, I cant deal with such servive. All i want now is my money back and i will not wait for 10 days for my hard earned money. I see with the number of complaints you have here, it clears showns that you dont care about your costomers, all you care about is collecting money for service.
