First and Last Time I will ever use this service

Firstly I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the service from [URL Removed]
The fact that the item was displayed on the website and that [URL Removed] was more then happy to take my payment for the item without checking any stock availability before an order is placed, to me, is considered. After payment I received a payment confirmation from [URL Removed] well as an expected delivery date (1 November) which was in fact not the case, as the 1 of November came and went leaving me with no parcel which was a huge inconvenience. I then had to take it upon my self to phone [URL Removed] to find out where it is, just to have a consultant on the other side tell me that they DON'T KNOW why or whats going on and then failed to follow up as promised. I then had to make another call the next day to query about my package, just to have a different consultant telling me that he PROMISES the parcel will be delivered on Wednesday 6 November. Instead of receiving my package that I had paid for I receive an email (not even a phone call) telling me my order has been cancelled without any mention of the intention of a refund. Today is the 12 November and still no refund.
