Mislead into taking a contract

I am a vodacom subscriber for many many years. On the 12 of November the agent by username Saganc called to offer a contract airtime. I agreed to the contract and I specifically mentioned that I am taking this to use for my BIS.
This agent blatantly to me that I will be able to use my number with the contract he offered.
Firstly he did not mention that my number will be ported to MTN, secondly he that I will be able to convert the airtime to BIS.
Only when the recorded machine was reading out the T/C then I realised that this was MTN.
I called back the following day to cancel the contract of which the person who assisted advised that the contract is cancelled.
To cut matters short this irritating contract is not cancelled, and my number has been blocked and this company is giving me run around.
I am sick and tired of this and it is inconveniencing me. I want this company to sort this thing out and have the person responsible dealt with.
