Why have systems in place if they don't work

I was asked to update my details on 23 June 2013, and i did and it took about 45minutes to do so, then i went to buy something yesterday afternoon, and purchase couldn't be processed because my details haven't been updated.

They were not willing to process the purchase of R140.00 because my details were not updated.

They have all this fancy systems in place but have incompetent staff running these systems.

If i pay my account for the last 10 years on time every time, don't worry about my details my details are correct, start focusing on others that you don't get your money from.

I will close my account at the end of the month. Don't think that Edgars worry about the money i spend or want to spend with them.
