Card Blogged - details to up dated

I was at CNA in Gezina, were my details was updated about 3weeks ago, yesterday when I was their I had to up date my details again and was told it would take 24hrs. today when I was there again the same story. I have now updated my details for the third time.

I make my payments everything month and this is the treatment I receive.
I feel like closing my account announcing it to everybody and still refuse to pay the balance on my account
