World Time Machine
Poor service received

This shop is so concerned about there sales that they don't care for after sales service. Purchased a R4k Diesel watch from them, the watch kept loosing time, had it sent in on the 23 Nov for repairs, phoned every week to follow up and still waiting for my watch. What is most concerning, I have to constantly phone, get promised they will follow up and get back to me and simply don't. When i phone they say they will phone the repair company, like they would have done, the previous time and still haven't done. 1 out of 10 guys for pathetic service!! I will ensure that none of my friends buy a single watch from you!!
