Excellent after sales service

I bought a few dvds. One was not available so takealot emailed me to inform me. They offered to refund me. I gave my bank details and received my refund within TWO days. Wow, Thank you. Of the dvds I got, I realised I already had the one. I returned it. They had no problem with it and my credit was available within an hour as I wished to buy other products. I have always had great service from Takealot, but had never had to return or receive a refund so wasn't sure how the after sales service would be. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently this was done, mostly because I have had a HUGE problem with another on-line store (who does not have a phone number, doesnt reply to emails and does not have a physical address - all signs of something to hide) and have been waiting 7 months for a refund.

Consumers - you can trust Takealot with good and bad situations. Their response is quick and their service - both before and after sale - is fantastic.

Thank you so much for reinstilling some faith in the human species for me - I had lost it after dealing with the other store!
