I purchased a Blu Ray DVD from TAKEALOT in JUNE 2013, but only opened it in December. I then discovered that the wrong disc was in the cover, -I only got around to reporting it to TAKEALOT on 04 February 2014. And even though such a long period has past, they told me to return it. A rep called me the SAME DAY for collection, but they disc was at home so they collected the following day. Today is Friday 07 February 2014.

I got to work and found a e-mail waiting for me stating that the return had been evaluated, and that my TAKEALOT account had been credited with the amount I paid for the DVD to use in future purchases, -or if I wished, I could get my money back instead!! WOW!!! Is all I can say. This is truly impressive service.

NO HASSLES WHAT SO EVER! Other service providers try to wiggle out of things like this, perhaps citing how long ago a purchase was made etc. but TAKEALOT just quietly and VERY SPEEDILY sorted out the customers issue. -WELL DONE TAKEALOT!!
They will have my business for a LONNNNGG time to come. Thank you for showing how business should be done, and how customers should be treated.
