I was pleasantly surprised, when I phoned Woolworths Galleria. I spoke to Terrence Masinga (Foods Departmental Manager) to check whether a congratulations gift could be delivered to a new coffee shop in the same Shopping centre because the Woolworths online store was out of stock of the item I wanted to purchase. I mentioned that I was in Johannesburg, and would like the gift delivered, directly from his store. He agreed to run the errand personally! He took photos of the items and emailed them to me so I could make a choice. He also explained that I can do an EFT payment and once he received confirmation from the Head office he will deliver the item. I had a special request: that he add a balloon, he obliged with 3 balloons at no extra charge! Terrence also took the time to take yet another photo of the item before he delivered it and email it to me. I am totally in awe of Terrence's excellent customer service! :-)))
