MAC Rosebank has pathetic service

My sister booked an appointment for her bridal make up trial. When she arrived, her appointment was acknowledged very reluctantly as the staff were busy with stock take, while the store was open for trading.

The make up artist, Caroline, was very very condescending and rude. She behaved as if the appointment was a burden on her. When my sister made suggestions and asked questions, she was extremely annoyed and commented/gossiped to her colleagues.

It is absolutely unacceptable to treat clients like this. Make up trials at MAC are conducted on the condition that the client purchases products up to R600. I think R600 certainly warrants decent service.

NEVER go to MAC again.
