Trying to resolve a query or obtain any type of meaningful information is just about an impossible task, WHATEVER option you chose on these automated responses seemd to be wrong, and when the person does give out information such as contact numbers and names they are generally WRONG.

I have tried over the past two weeks to try resolve two specific issues, via phone calls, e-mails, and am no closer to an outcome than I was in the beginning, just seem to be on an ENDLESS LOOP where NO-ONE will take accountability/responsibilty for resolving my issues. I am actually surprised to see FNB at only no 3 in the complaints dept. They deserve to be the No 1 PATHETIC. I think the next step should probably be the OMBUDSMAN.
