BLACKBERRY 8520 REPLACED 7 TIMES IN TWO YEARS!!!

I am still waiting for someone to respond to my previous complaint and true to form, not a word from the Foschini Group regarding my blackberry that still doesn't work!!! I guess this is the way they treat their customers, ignore them and hope they go away?? This is not going to work, i will continue to complain until someone sorts out the problem. Maybe there is a staff member like Marco out there willing to help.
