Non delivery of goods

After submitting an online enquiry, we received an almost immediate response from Rudie following up on the enquiry. An order for the Tuscan couches was placed and confirmed. Payment was made as per the company requirements, but at this stage there is no sign of delivery.

After various unsuccesful attempts to get hold of Rudie, we still have not received any form of feedback from this guy regarding delivery He is not responding to e-mails and phone calls, very unreliable and untrustworthy. The lack of feedback/communication is concerning.
