Good, honest service

In November 2012, i purchased a set of Aspen couches from Modafurn in Cape Town. Buying online i am always suspicious, but they provided me with the contact details of previous clients, whom i followed up with.

I decided to take the plunge, and paid my deposit. Around 2 weeks later, i was informed that my couches were ready. Again, apprehension, this is Africa after all. But the friendly sales staff went the extra mile, took pictures of the couches and mailed them to me. I paid the final installment, and the couches were despatched promptly, arriving at my house 2 days later. The delivery staff brought the couches into my house, saving me the serious hassle.

So a big thanks to Modafurn, a very user friendly site, good pricing, and a great product. I know they are a fairly new company, because i follow up on company registrations when buying online, but i have no doubt that they will be a winner.
