Purchased goods to the value of R11000.00 from the store. They promised me delivery on a certain day but did not deliver. I requested a refund and then they made amends to deliver the goods which was a week later. They then delivered a chest drawer which was defective. They promised to send out the supplier to have the drawer exchanged. Nothing transpired. I later requested for a refund and was advised they will collect the goods. Then they advise me that it takes 7-15 working days for the reversal to be processed. How can they still provide horrendous service by withholding my money as I was informed that the as so.on as I exchnage the goods my funds will be available.
