I submitted the below complaint over two week ago and I have not received any further feedback. No one has contacted me to resolve this issue which is still pending - very disappointing customer service.
I have been trying to activate my account on the new Foschini website and it keeps timing out. I have trying to activate my account for over a week now with the same issue.
