No service - second report logged

I logged a report last week and was called by an agent who confirmed that they will be sending me a new sim card to see if that can resolve my problem as they do not know what the problem might be... I have full signal but only gsm thus no calls, no bbm, no other services. I received the new sim card and after I had to call them to actually activate it, it is still not working. I then once again had to drive kilometers to get to a Foschini to get someone to help me to get someone from the call centre as they NEVER get back to you with an answer when they say they will. Gerswin from the call centre said they would get back to me this week, but I have not had feedback yet and the person at the Foschini also said they had problems with people being promised they would be called and they never call back. I have diligently been paying my account without having the service I am paying for. So I need a refund to my account and the service that I should have, please, this is really getting a pain...
