Still waiting though I actually paid for delivery

I ordered some books from loot, who I have always enjoyed using, firstly I was told a book was not available and refunded that money... Then I am still waiting for the delivery after I get an email on friday saying that the package is usually delivered within 1 day of receiving this=so SATURDAY you would think but NO... now it's SUNDAY and guess what again no package the superswift link shows that the PACKAGE IS STILL IN CAPETOWN AFTER 3 DAYS... This is disgusting, a complete lack of service I actually paid for expedited delivery knowing how incompetent the post office is but what was the point with loot and their courier being so useless. I am very very dissapointed with the poor service and slow response time. I was a big supporter and loyal client who you have not turned into a disgruntled ex client.
