I ordered a newly released book from Loot yesterday (12/07/2013) afternoon. I was given an expected delivery date of Monday 15/07/2013, provided my credit card payment went through on time. I received an email just before 4pm yesterday to confirm that the delivery had been dispatched and the book arrived safely this morning (12/07/2013). I think this is phenomenal service!!
