Charged twice for 1 item

I made purchases using my edgars account at jet but i did not realise that i was charged twice for one item with the same serial number, i was over billed with R 129.99 of which i need 2 b credited 2 my account.if only the lady was not chatting 2 her colleague n concerntrate on what she was doing.again the might b a high possibillity that it was done deliberately so that she can make the most sales 4 the day. I WANT MY ACCOUNT CREDITED IMMEDIATELY.
