We bought a bed from Checkers House and Home in Pavilion. About three months later all the springs were sticking out the bed. As the bed was under warranty we contacted them telefonically to which we were told we couldn't replace the bed even though it was under the one year warranty and when questioned why, we were told its not there problem. Further to which we went into the shop spoke to the manager and assumed everything would be sorted out as told and that the bed would be delivered the next day.
The next day came and four days later to which the bed is still not delivered after numerous phone calls to the sales person and the manager promising us that the bed is on its way to us each day.
