Service not good

We bought a fridge this past weekend which was promised to be delivered this monday but nothing was done, we then contacted house and home and we were told that the person who sold us the fridge (david) did not authorize the sale/purchase which was odd as we bought it cash. This is poor service as promises were made but not kept it feels like house and home only care about getting the money and when its time to deliver on their promise they nowhere to be found.
