In today's world, one does not expect good service. We have become so used to been treated as cattle by the corporations that we don't even seem to mind anymore.

That is why, when someone goes over and above the call of duty, they need to be recognised.

Gary Lauf at N1 City helped my dad with a drill that he was having issues with. He returned my emails and he answered his calls. He did everything he could to help.

Thank you Gary - it is management like you who helps a company grow its customer base.

I will be doing all my Christmas shopping at Game as a result.
