No response from SPCA telephone calls

This morning at 08h30 exactly I phoned he Randburt SPCA. Although the lady on the phone was very unfriendly she gave me the number for the Sandton SPCA.

I have been trying since then to call.

The phones just rings and rings.

Very unprofessional!

What if this was an emergency?
