I am receiving SMS messages every day that payment on my account is due, but I made payment on Monday.
The invoice you send does not include an email address (or even a fax number) for me to re-send proof of payment. I sent the payment to the Cape Union Mart Card beneficiary that is listed as a public beneficiary on my internet banking, so there could not have been a mix up with the account details.
Unlike most stores you do not offer an online facility where I can check my account balance to check if you have processed the payment.
Please improve your admin processes before you start spamming your paying clients.
