Item out of stock- need to supply item ASAP to me

On 3 January 2013, I wanted to by a Porta pool at Game, Tyger Valley. It was out of stock and Natasha Dippenaar issued me a voucher to supply the item as soon as in stock. Reference 331/130103/0130. I phoned on a few occasions and spoke to various people - Last was Veronica that told me that although the pool was again on special for R799.99, they still did not receive stock but Ashley will phone me. Till date I had no reply. I also send an e-mail on the Game Internet website, lodging my complaint, without any response. I cannot belief that a "supposedly" world class company like this will tolerate such poor customer service. I will make it my personal goal to tell my family and friends to stop buying from a company that places misleading adverts of items at discount prices but do not have stock. Maybe I should report this misleading advertising with the consumer protector?
