What you see is not what you get

I bought goods on Takealot during the ebuck promotion. I purchased a bag that was illustrated as having side pockets and was spec'ed to have "Retractable locking recessed trolley handle system". It arrived (after being late) and it looks nothing like the picture, no side compartments and no sign of the "Retractable locking recessed trolley handle system". They did say that the picture was just for illustration, so I went and look up the bag on the manufacture website, I found the bag that looked similar, needless to say that's not the bag that arrived. I'm all for the bag not looking exactly like the picture, but this is ridicules. What are the rules on CPA for misleading the customer and cooling off period?
