So I ordered some mugs, the one mug had some dirt on it which was so hard to get rid of it actually took the decal with it that was on the mug. The return policy clearly states that I cannot return the goods. However that was after I sent a few emails to Citymob about it. Needless to say I have had 1 response and that was to say that they need a picture, that was 4 working days ago.
Since then... nada. An apology would have sufficed (a timely one).

On a different note, the decals on my other mug (pacman) is actually a bit different from the picture shown on their website - so thats misleading.

So just be careful and read the fine print with Citymob.
