Sequre Retractable Security Barriers
Sequre does not sell what they advertise

I contacted Sequre Retractable Security Barriers regarding three security gates to be installed at my parents house. Having used them before, I knew that their service was really bad, but the products were okay and affordable. Their sales rep came to see me at home to measure the openings etc. He explained in detail how their products work etc. He showed me pictures in a pamphlet. I placed the order and made the payment.

A week or so later, when the gates arrived, my dad phoned me to say that he did not want two of the gates as they were not what was advertised in the pamphlet.By this time, the installation team had already drilled holes in the walls and had broken some tiles in the process. I phoned the Sequre office to complain, but all the blame was put on the rep for not telling us that the product changed. The also said that they would not fix our wall that had been damaged.

I agree that the rep is reponsible, but the rep represents Sequre. Ultimately, Sequre should take responsibility. On further investigation, i found that they had also not changed the picture etc on their website of the product that had changed...
