Complacency and lack if professionalism

Manager and certain staff have a never-minded, lazy and complacent attitude.
- No one answers the phone.
- Slow service and miserable attitude (not Heraldo..)
- Nobody really cares, especially the manager (don't know how to do a faulty cellphone swop-out)
- Wasting my time and not caring (joking and laughing)
