Anroid 7" Tablet a FAKE & Falsely Advertised!!!

We bought 2 Anroid tablets from Cash Crusaders in the beginning of Dec. 2012 It was advertised as a 4G tablet and never was. They advertised it falsely! When we took it back the guy told us it will be sent back to the suppliers and we will receive new ones in a week. It been MORE than a month now and the "software" is not ready yet. This is after hold me on Monday 28 January 2013 that one of them if finished and I can go and pick it up...??? How can one tab be ready and the other one have to wait because they are waiting for the software?? Somebody is taking me for a ride and its NOT a fun one!
