False accuse and no apology

My cousin (zanele) was today accused of a hand lotion (which i bought her) from Clicks west street. She politely told them it was one of the gifts i had bought her for Xmas. The manager at the store and the security guard refused to believe her so she called me to ask which branch i bought it from in JHB. What her (and me) more is the way she was treated. I understand they were doing their job but the treatment was terrible, and after confirming that indeed i had bought her the lotion, they both did not even apologize for the accuse or how they treated her like a criminal in front of customers.

I would like for the manager at clicks west street to apologize to my cousin because i believe she took advantage of my cousin's soft nature and treated her like. It's unacceptable and one is innocent until proven guilty.
